Confidentiality & disclosure authorization

Confidentiality. In consideration of receiving access to EB-5 investment information through VisaV Inc. (VisaV), I will keep all non-public project documents, disclosures and information received from VisaV, regional centers, developers or their representatives confidential and use them solely to evaluate a potential investment. I will not copy, forward or distribute them except to my legal, tax or financial advisers who agree to keep them confidential. This obligation does not apply to information lawfully available to the public or disclosure required by law.

Introductions and disclosure. I authorize VisaV to share my name, contact information, the proposed investor’s name (if I am acting for someone else), and selected projects with the relevant regional centers, developers and their representatives, arrange calls with them, and provide or arrange for them to provide project disclosures and related documents to me electronically. VisaV may use its website and email service providers to process this request. If I request information for someone else, I confirm I have their permission to identify them for this purpose. I sign personally and do not bind that investor, who must separately accept confidentiality terms before receiving confidential documents.

Timing and electronic signature. I understand that time available to prepare and file an application may be limited and will review documents and respond promptly. Registering does not commit me to invest or guarantee access to any offering, investment availability or filing by any deadline. By typing my full name and checking the agreement box, I intend to sign electronically and be bound by this agreement from the date submitted.
